Loading & Unloading Staff
Sometimes you do not need a full shifting service. You have the vehicle, or the goods have already reached your building — you only need trained hands to lift them. Book our men for a few hours and pay only for that.
Our staff work with us full time. They know how to lift a fridge without bending the door, how to take a sofa around a tight staircase turn, and how to work in a building where the lift is small. That is the difference between trained men and labour picked up from the road.
Common jobs we do
- Loading goods into a tempo you have already booked
- Unloading a truck that has come to your building
- Shifting a sofa, fridge, almirah or bed from one floor to another
- Moving items into a store room, godown or society parking
- Carrying goods up buildings where there is no lift
- Rearranging heavy furniture inside the same flat
How the charges work
We charge per man for a half day or full day shift. The number of men depends on the weight, the floor and whether a lift is available — for example, a fridge going to the fourth floor without a lift needs four men, not two. We tell you the number and the price before the staff leaves our office.
